Defective Ticket NYC

I've mentioned parking tickets before in other posts, but because I recently received another ticket, which is terribly annoying, I wanted to share a valuable link with everyone.

It's to the PDF called "It's the Law: Your Rights When Disputing a Parking Ticket," published by the City of NY Dept. of Finance. The information on it came in handy before, as it describes what to look for in contesting a ticket due to errors that make it defective. But being as it's extremely difficult to find--it seems to have been removed from the NYC.gov website--I thought I'd share it here.
