After complaining about my unfair parking ticket a few weeks ago (City of New York Giving More Tickets?), I came across this interesting article. It says that people have been receiving $115 fire hydrant parking tickets when meanwhile the fire hydrants are completely hidden from view by construction barrels.

After complaining about my unfair parking ticket a few weeks ago (City of New York Giving More Tickets?), I came across this interesting article.
